坦白说，我最开始用 Seedance 2.0 的方式完全错了

后来我才想明白：Seedance 2.0 响应的不是描述，而是调度。这两个字的区别听起来微妙，但实际体验的差距是天壤之别。
从那之后，我把踩过的坑和摸出来的规律全整理在这篇文章里，附上 20+ 个按场景分类的提示词模板——复制，粘贴，改一改就能直接用。
为什么你的提示词没有效果？
最常见的错误是：把提示词写成了「景物描述」，而不是「分镜指令」。「夕阳下的海边」是描述。「无人机大全景缓慢后拉，太阳碰到海平线的瞬间，暖橙色的光打在浪尖上，远处一艘帆船逆光剪影」是调度。前者给了 AI 一个名词，后者给了它一个镜头。
第二个错误：忘了写镜头运动。Seedance 2.0 能理解电影语言——跟镜、推拉、甩镜、摇臂、POV 第一视角——但你不写，它就随机发挥。把镜头语言加进去，是成本最低、回报最高的操作。
三种核心提示词结构
结构一：五段式公式（新手首选）
按这个顺序组织你的提示词：
主体 → 场景/氛围 → 动作/表演 → 镜头运动 → 风格/光线
不需要每段都写得很长，关键是每段都要有。缺一段，AI 就要自己补——它补的很可能不是你想要的。
结构二：CRAFT 框架（多素材项目）
当你需要用参考图、参考视频或音频时（Seedance 2.0 同时支持最多 9 张参考图、3 段参考视频、3 条音轨），用 CRAFT 框架来组织：
- Context（情境）：场景的世界观和整体基调
- Reference（参考素材）：@Image、@Video、@Audio 资源
- Action（动作）：发生了什么、怎么发生的
- Framing/Timing（构图/节奏）：镜头类型、时长、剪辑节奏
- Tone/Audio（情绪/声音）：色彩基调、音效氛围
结构三：时间轴分镜（多场景叙事）
需要讲一个有场景切换的故事时，把提示词按时间段拆开：
0–3s: [开场镜头] → 3–7s: [发展镜头] → 7–10s: [高潮/揭示]
这给了你叙事节奏上的控制权，是单段描述做不到的。

5 个进阶技巧
技巧 1：参考素材的优先级顺序
使用 @Image/@Video/@Audio 时，顺序会影响结果。需要口型同步或节奏驱动剪辑，就把 @Audio 放最前——Seedance 2.0 会以它为时间锚点。@Image 用于锁定角色外观跨场景一致性。@Video 用于迁移运镜风格和动作能量。
技巧 2：用电影院校的词汇
Seedance 2.0 接受过真实影视素材的训练，它知道「Dutch angle」「rack focus」「whip pan」是什么意思。用这些词，你得到的画面会像是真正在片场拍的，而不是 AI 自由发挥的。
技巧 3：120–280 词的黄金区间
低于 120 词，留给随机性的空间太大；高于 280 词，模型开始忽略前面的指令。120–280 词是最稳定的区间——足够具体，又不会乱掉。
技巧 4：永远用正向描述
说你想要什么，别说你不要什么。「平稳流畅的运镜」比「不要抖动」效果好得多。模型响应肯定句，不太响应否定句。
技巧 5：用三个锚点锁定角色一致性
需要角色跨场景保持一致时，使用三重锚定：@Image 参考图 + 书面外貌描述 + 服装造型说明。三个都有，角色就不会漂移；少一个，风险就来了。
