Vdoo AI is committed to delivering a reliable AI generation experience. This policy explains when and how you may qualify for a refund.

Automatic Credit Refunds

When an AI generation fails because of a platform error or technical fault on our side, the credits spent on that job are returned to your balance automatically. You may also submit a manual credit-refund request through your account dashboard.

Subscription Refunds

Subscription purchases may be refunded provided the following criteria are met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • No more than 20 % of the plan's included credits have been consumed
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method — PayPal refunds are returned to your PayPal balance or linked funding source; card refunds are returned to the card on file
  • Annual plans qualify for a pro-rated refund if requested within the first 14 days

Items Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are generally not available for the following:

  • Credits used on successful generations, regardless of whether the output meets your expectations
  • One-time credit packs where more than 20 % of the credits have already been used
  • Automatic subscription renewals when cancellation was not completed before the renewal date
  • Account restrictions or suspensions resulting from a breach of our Terms and Conditions

How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to submit a refund request:

  1. Email our support team at [email protected]
  2. Provide your registered email address, order or transaction ID, and a brief explanation
  3. We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days
  4. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider (PayPal refunds usually appear within 3–5 business days; card refunds may take up to 10 business days)
  5. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued

Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] before opening a dispute or chargeback with PayPal or your card issuer. Filing a payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution and could result in account restrictions. We are committed to resolving billing concerns quickly and fairly.
