Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Vdoo AI, a company registered in Hong Kong, governing your use of the vdoo.ai website and AI content-generation platform ("Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full.

Your Account

Certain features require a registered account. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential, to provide truthful information during registration, and to notify us without delay if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Permitted Use

Vdoo AI grants you access to AI-powered video, image, and audio generation tools. You agree to use the Service lawfully and in compliance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Generating content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or that infringes on third-party rights
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the underlying code of the Service
  • Using bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Re-selling, white-labeling, or redistributing AI-generated outputs as a competing generation service
  • Breaching any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

Intellectual Property & Generated Content

You retain all rights to the prompts and media you upload. For AI-generated outputs created under a paid plan, Vdoo AI grants you a broad, non-exclusive license to use, adapt, and distribute those outputs for both personal and commercial purposes. We make no ownership claim over your generated content.

Credits & Payments

The Service uses a credit-based billing model. Credits can be acquired through subscription plans or one-time top-up packs. Credits are non-transferable, carry no cash value, and — unless your plan states otherwise — unused monthly credits do not carry over to the next billing cycle.

Payment Methods & Processing

Vdoo AI accepts the following payment methods. All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment partners:

  • PayPal — checkout, subscription billing, and PayPal balance or linked cards via PayPal, Inc.
  • Stripe — credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) via Stripe, Inc.
  • All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion fees for non-USD transactions.

Subscription Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

All subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method. You agree to the following terms:

  • You will receive an email notification at least 3 days before each renewal date reminding you of the upcoming charge
  • You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Account Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then
  • No partial refunds are given for mid-cycle cancellations. See our Refund Policy for details
  • If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend your subscription until payment is resolved

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated outputs will satisfy your particular requirements. Results may vary depending on the model, prompt complexity, and other variables.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Vdoo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity — arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we determine, at our sole discretion, that continued access is not appropriate. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by publishing the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
